Position Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical Manager of Revenue Operations & FP&A to serve as a strategic business partner to Sales, Finance, and Executive Leadership.
This role combines revenue operations, financial planning & analysis, forecasting, business intelligence, and Salesforce administration into one highly visible position.
The ideal candidate enjoys solving business problems with data and systems. You’ll own revenue forecasting, KPI reporting, sales planning, and Salesforce optimization while helping leadership make faster, more informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Revenue Forecasting & FP&A
- Own company-wide revenue forecasting and sales performance reporting
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue forecasts and financial models
- Partner with Finance on budgeting and long-range planning
- Analyze pipeline health, bookings, ARR, churn, expansion revenue, and business trends
- Create executive dashboards and Board-level reporting
- Deliver actionable recommendations based on business performance
Revenue Operations
- Partner closely with Sales Leadership to improve operational efficiency
- Define and maintain sales KPIs and performance metrics
- Build reporting around pipeline conversion, sales productivity, forecasting accuracy, and quota attainment
- Support territory planning, capacity planning, and sales compensation analysis
- Continuously improve forecasting methodologies and sales operating cadence
Salesforce Administration & Optimization
- Serve as the organization’s Salesforce subject matter expert
- Configure Salesforce to improve sales workflows, automation, and reporting
- Build dashboards, reports, workflows, automations, and custom objects
- Maintain CRM data integrity through validation rules and governance
- Partner with Sales Leadership to optimize CRM processes
- Recommend and implement scalable Salesforce best practices
- Evaluate integrations and optimize the go-to-market technology stack
Business Intelligence
- Build executive dashboards and self-service reporting solutions
- Translate complex datasets into meaningful business insights
- Standardize reporting across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance
- Identify performance trends, business risks, and growth opportunities
Qualifications
Required
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, FP&A, GTM Finance, Business Operations, or Sales Operations
- Experience supporting a SaaS organization
- Advanced Salesforce experience, including configuration, reporting, dashboards, workflows, and automation
- Experience owning revenue forecasting and sales analytics
- Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
- Experience partnering with Sales and Finance leadership
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Experience developing KPI frameworks and executive reporting
Preferred
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Experience with SaaS metrics including:
- ARR
- MRR
- Pipeline Coverage
- CAC
- LTV
- Churn
- Expansion Revenue
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, or Looker
- SQL experience
- Experience with planning tools such as Anaplan, Pigment, or Adaptive Planning
