We've built and shipped an AI front office for service businesses — AIRIN answers calls, texts, books jobs, captures leads, and routes work 24/7 without added staff. The product is live, our first client is onboarding, and there's a real pipeline. What we don't have yet is a revenue engine — or a sharpened answer to exactly which businesses we win with fastest. You build the first and you own the second.
We run remote and build on the same automation we sell. You can be anywhere in the US; we're in the Long Beach / LA / OC area and value time on the ground, but we'll hire the best fit wherever they are, with occasional travel to build the playbook together.
This is a founder's bet, not a salaried job. You'll work directly with the founder (CEO/CTO) — no layers, no bureaucracy. You'll personally close early deals, then turn what works into the machine that scales. If you need a base salary and a defined territory handed to you, this isn't your seat.
You will own the revenue function:
- Define our ideal customer — with the founder. We have a starting hypothesis (service businesses; early traction in insurance) and the data behind it. Validate it, sharpen it, or replace it with something better.
- Run outbound, personally close the early pipeline, and prove what converts.
- Build the playbook — messaging, ICP, objection-handling, follow-up — from real wins, not theory.
- Recommend the segment, packaging, and pricing that make the unit economics work. You set the strategy; the founder owns and ships the pricing and billing changes it calls for.
- Full autonomy over how you run revenue. We align on pricing, product, and brand.
You're right for this if you:
- Have closed SMB / owner-operators cold, with no marketing air cover, and liked it.
- Can find and name a market, not just work a list someone hands you.
- Can sell a brand-new category — AI automation — to skeptical, busy buyers.
- Operate independently and self-direct in a remote, founding environment.
- Will go commission-forward for meaningful, milestone-vested founding equity and a path to CRO / co-founder. Optional equity buy-in available for the right partner.
Comp: Uncapped commission from day one. No large base — this is an ownership play. Founding equity vests against revenue milestones we define together.
