Chief Financial Officer (CFO) opportunity with a prestigious family office managing a sophisticated multi-asset investment portfolio and an exceptional long-term track record.
COMPENSATION
- Base Salary: $350,000 – $650,000
- Total Compensation: $1,000,000 – $1,500,000+
- Compensation commensurate with experience
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the strategic financial leader and trusted advisor to the Principals, overseeing all aspects of finance, accounting, tax, treasury, reporting, and investment operations.
- Lead the finance function across a complex portfolio of investment vehicles, operating entities, and special-purpose structures.
- Oversee fund accounting, partnership accounting, and financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and best-in-class controls.
- Direct the review and administration of complex fund waterfalls, carried interest calculations, incentive allocations, and distribution models across multiple investment vehicles.
- Manage partner capital accounts, capital activity, and investor allocations in accordance with governing agreements and partnership structures.
- Oversee valuation processes and performance reporting, including IRR, MOIC, DPI, TVPI, portfolio analytics, and investment-level performance measurement.
- Partner closely with investment professionals to evaluate portfolio performance, liquidity management, capital planning, and strategic investment initiatives.
- Lead relationships with fund administrators, auditors, tax advisors, legal counsel, banks, and other key external service providers.
- Develop and enhance financial infrastructure, reporting systems, internal controls, and operational processes to support continued growth and complexity.
- Oversee cash management, treasury operations, financing arrangements, and liquidity planning across the platform.
- Manage annual audits, tax planning initiatives, regulatory reporting, and entity-level compliance requirements.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance and operations team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
