Reporting directly to the CEO, the CRO will own the company's revenue strategy and execution across all business units, customers, geographies, channels, and product categorie
s.
The CRO will lead the global Sales organization and be responsible for driving sustainable growth through customer expansion, new customer acquisition, market development, category expansion, and strategic product innovati
on.
In addition to revenue growth, the CRO will oversee commercial inventory deployment, consignment asset productivity, and product development strategy to ensure maximum return on invested capi
tal.
