Hiring: Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) | Drenova
We’re looking for a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to work directly with the Founder & leadership team to build and scale a global revenue engine.
This is not just a sales leadership role, it’s a category-building, high-impact opportunity for someone who wants to shape growth, strategy, and long-term enterprise partnerships.
What You'll Do
- Build and scale a high-performance revenue organization
- Define and execute global go-to-market strategy
- Drive large enterprise deals & transformation programs
- Establish strong relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CXOs
- Create a predictable, scalable revenue pipeline
- Lead strategic alliances & partnerships
- Position the organization as a thought leader in enterprise technology & consulting
- Drive repeat business and long-term client value
What We are looking For
- 18–22 years of experience in enterprise tech / consulting sales
- Proven track record of scaling revenue in high-growth environments
- Strong exposure to cloud, digital transformation, platform engineering, or similar domains
- Experience closing large deals (₹10 Cr+ / multi-million USD)
- Ability to engage both business & technical stakeholders
- Strong CXO connects (especially in BFSI, Retail, Digital ecosystems preferred)
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and execution focus
