Role
The Business Head / Chief Revenue Officer will own and scale Figuring Out Media's agency business. This is a business-building leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, owning the agency P&L, acquiring enterprise clients, building strategic partnerships, and leading the commercial organization. Working closely with Founder, this person will shape the agency's growth strategy while building a high-performing revenue engine.
Responsibilities
- Own the complete Agency P&L, including revenue, profitability, forecasting, and business performance.
- Drive enterprise revenue through personal network, strategic partnerships, and new business acquisition.
- Build and nurture relationships with CMOs, Brand Heads, Marketing Directors, Founders, CXOs, and senior decision-makers.
- Lead strategic commercial discussions, negotiations, and high-value enterprise partnerships.
- Develop and execute the agency's long-term revenue and growth strategy.
- Identify and launch new revenue streams, service offerings, and strategic partnerships.
- Lead Sales, Partnerships, Client Growth, and Commercial teams.
- Review sales pipeline, forecasting, margins, conversion metrics, and overall commercial performance.
- Hire, mentor, and scale a high-performing commercial team of 10–25 people.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional client delivery and long-term business growth.
Requirements
- 12–18+ years of experience in agency, media, advertising, digital marketing, consulting, or creator economy businesses.
- Proven experience building and scaling an agency or media business with ownership of revenue and preferably P&L.
- Strong personal network with CMOs, Brand Heads, Marketing Heads, Founders, CXOs, and enterprise decision-makers.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring and growing enterprise accounts through consultative selling.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing, profitability, forecasting, and business planning.
- Experience leading Sales, Partnerships, Client Success, or Commercial teams.
- Proven ability to build, mentor, and manage high-performing teams.
- Exceptional negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Business-first mindset with an entrepreneurial approach to solving growth challenges.

Pay: ₹5,000,000.00 - ₹7,000,000.00 per year
