LHH (Atlanta) is partnering with a highly recognizable global manufacturing company on a search for a Divisional CFO. This is a strong opportunity for Senior Directors and VPs ready to step into a broader CFO-level role, as well as experienced CFOs seeking a new opportunity with a growing, well-known global organization.
The Divisional CFO is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, responsible for driving profitable growth, financial discipline, and strategic decision-making across a complex, multi-entity, cross-border environment. This role balances strategic leadership with operational excellence while ensuring alignment with global standards and local regulatory requirements.
DESCRIPTION:
Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive team, influencing key business decisions, investments, and growth initiatives.
Drive financial strategy for North America, aligned with global priorities and regional market dynamics, supporting scalable growth, operational excellence, and manufacturing expansion.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and long-term planning, and monitor performance across revenue, margin, EBIT, and cash flow to identify risks and opportunities.
Partner with Operations and Supply Chain leadership to optimize manufacturing performance, cost competitiveness, inventory, costing, and productivity.
Ensure full compliance with regulatory, tax, and statutory requirements, and oversee financial reporting in alignment with global and local standards.
Oversee core finance functions including accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, and reporting, and lead the modernization of finance processes, systems, and analytics.
Manage treasury strategy, banking relationships, cash management, foreign exchange exposure, and the optimization of cash flow, working capital, and capex.
Support M&A, due diligence, post-acquisition integration, investment opportunities, and capital allocation decisions.
Lead, develop, and scale a finance organization of roughly 25-30 professionals across accounting and finance departments.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
10 to 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Proven multi-country financial leadership, ideally within a global or matrixed organization.
CPA, CMA, and/or MBA preferred.
Strong exposure to M&A, transformation, and growth-oriented environments.
Strong command of regulatory, tax, and compliance frameworks, with advanced analytical and business partnering capability.
Must currently live in the metro Atlanta area; relocation candidates are not being considered at this time.
Willing to travel abroad (20%).
COMPENSATION / BENEFITS:
Base up to $275,000 (plus bonus).
