About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven, process-oriented Revenue Operations (RevOps) Senior Analyst with over 5 years of experience to break down silos between our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
In this role, you will design, automate, and optimize our revenue workflows using HubSpot and Zapier. Beyond technical backend operations, you will play a critical role in external and customer communication, ensuring that our operational processes translate into a seamless, world-class experience for our clients and partners. Key Responsibilities
1. Process Automation & Tech Stack Management
HubSpot Ownership: Act as the ultimate architect of our HubSpot ecosystem—structuring pipelines, managing data hygiene, and optimizing the lead-to-cash lifecycle.
Workflow Automation: Design, build, and maintain complex automation workflows using Zapier and native integrations to connect our tech stack seamlessly.
Reporting & Analytics Champion: Leverage PowerBI dashboards, SQL, and AI tools to maintain best-in-class reporting standards; actively identify revenue leakage and uncover new revenue opportunities through detailed data analysis.
Efficiency Optimization: Identify operational bottlenecks across sales, marketing, and success funnels, implementing automated solutions to scale operations.
2. External & Customer Communication
Client-Facing Operations: Interface directly with key clients or external partners to align technical onboarding processes, integrations, and operational touchpoints.
Communication Strategy: Optimize automated customer-facing communication flows (e.g., email sequences, transactional alerts, renewal reminders) to ensure a polished and cohesive brand voice.
Feedback Loop: Act as the operational bridge between client feedback and internal product/sales teams to continuously improve the user journey.
3. Data, Analytics & Strategy
Revenue Reporting: Build and maintain real-time dashboards tracking key metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), churn, pipeline velocity, and revenue forecasts.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Account Management leadership to align strategies, quotas, and compensation plans.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of dedicated experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Growth Operations.
Tech Mastery: Advanced, non-negotiable expertise in HubSpot (Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs) and Zapier.
Domain Expertise: Prior experience in HRTech, AdTech, or B2B SaaS domains is highly preferred. Understanding programmatic advertising or recruitment marketing dynamics is a massive plus.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with proven experience in a customer-facing or external stakeholder management role. Proven specialization in handling international clients across the UK, Europe, and the US is highly desirable.
Analytical Mindset: Strong data manipulation skills (Excel/Google Sheets proficiency is a must; SQL or BI tool experience is an advantage).
Location: Must be based in or willing to commute/relocate to Delhi NCR.
