I'm partnering with a fast-growing, better-for-you beverage company that's looking for a Sales Operations Manager to become the operational backbone of its commercial team.
This isn't a sales role. It's the person who makes the sales organization more efficient by ensuring everything behind the scenes runs seamlessly.
You'll own:
• Customer onboarding and retailer setup
• Broker management and support
• Promotional planning and execution
• Sales reporting and analytics
• Pricing and commercial documentation
• Inventory reporting and forecasting support
• Trade show coordination
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Operations
We're looking for someone who:
• Has experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Trade Marketing, or Sales Support
• Comes from CPG, preferably beverage or food
• Is highly organized and thrives on process improvement
• Is comfortable working with Excel, PowerPoint, and retailer portals
• Enjoys enabling others to succeed and solving operational challenges
