Chief Revenue Officer
A rapidly scaling, founder-led digital health and wellness company is seeking a highly analytical Chief Revenue Officer to lead its next phase of growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, this executive will own revenue strategy, commercial performance, pricing, field productivity, and the commercial P&L in close partnership with Finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an enterprise-wide revenue growth strategy.
- Translate performance data into clear insights and action plans.
- Optimize pricing, compensation, retention, and partner productivity.
- Align Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations around growth objectives.
- Build forecasting, reporting, and commercial accountability systems.
Ideal Profile
- Proven success scaling a consumer health, digital health, affiliate, or high-growth business.
- Strong financial, analytical, and P&L leadership capabilities.
- Experience leading complex B2B, B2C, or partner-driven revenue models.
- Strategic executive who remains close to execution.
- Entrepreneurial, decisive, collaborative, and comfortable in a founder-led environment.
Location: San Francisco Bay Area preferred; exceptional candidates in other major markets will be considered.
