- Role Description
- Site survey for the execution of contract. If required.
- Site measurements start from initial to completion of project till the handover.
- Preparation of bills and timely submission to the clients along with the progress of work.
- Checking the BOQ qty Vs Actual Qty at site and application qty as per approved drawings to get correct certification from the client.
- Smooth coordination with the site team to get all the data timely and execution service on time to avoid the delay for completion of work.
- Responsible for completion and handing over the site with the complete list with final billing.
- Coordination with Client for billing and payments.
- Prepare bill of quantities.
- Prepare project timelines.
- Client Communication and correspondence.
- Responsible to do surveys including site measurements.
- The candidate will be responsible for highlighting foreseen problems & delays in advance escalating to the project manager.
