We're partnering with a high-growth Enterprise SaaS company to hire a GTM Engineer/RevOps Architect to build and scale a modern, AI-powered revenue engine.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and optimise GTM automation workflows across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Design account intelligence, enrichment, lead scoring, and routing systems.
• Leverage AI tools to automate research, personalisation, and outbound motions.
• Own CRM, sales engagement, and RevOps infrastructure.
• Create dashboards and measurement frameworks to improve pipeline generation.
• Partner closely with GTM leadership to drive revenue efficiency and growth.
What We're Looking For:
• 3–6 years of experience in RevOps, GTM Engineering, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or Growth Operations.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce/HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of AI-powered GTM workflows and automation.
• Experience working in B2B SaaS environments.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for building scalable systems.
