Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Operations Analyst to support our Customer Experience organization.
This role combines Order Management, Customer Operations, Business Analytics, and Process Automation, with a primary focus on managing SLA-based customer orders and contracts within the SAP environment while providing data-driven insights through Power BI reporting and automation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Order Management, SAP/SAP Fiori, Power BI, and Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes, along with a passion for improving customer experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Order Management & Customer Operations
- Manage end-to-end SLA order processing within SAP Fiori.
- Process purchase orders, create and maintain SLA contracts, and support billing setup.
- Validate pricing, contract terms, and billing details against approved quotations.
- Resolve order, contract, and billing discrepancies to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and Contract teams to ensure timely and accurate order execution.
- Maintain system accuracy and data integrity within SAP.
Business Analytics & Reporting
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for:
- Sales performance
- Order backlog and processing metrics
- SLA contract performance
- Billing and revenue analysis
- Customer experience metrics
- Analyze data from SAP, CRM systems, and other business applications to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.
Automation & Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce manual effort.
- Support automation initiatives using Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Contribute to AI-driven solutions that improve data quality, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Support process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Experience, Finance, IT, and Contract teams.
- Act as a key operational resource supporting global teams across multiple regions.
Required Qualifications
Education
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in:
- Order Management
- Customer Operations
- Business Operations
- Customer Experience Operations
- Hands-on experience with SAP ERP.
- SAP Fiori experience preferred.
- Experience building reports and dashboards in Power BI.
Technical Skills
- SAP ERP
