About the Role
Allied Business Solutions is seeking an experienced, hands-on Chief Financial Officer to join our executive leadership team. This is a strategic and operational leadership role responsible for the financial health, integrity, and growth infrastructure of the company. The CFO will partner directly with the CEO and executive team to shape financial strategy, strengthen internal processes, and build the financial foundation needed to support Allied's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Own overall financial strategy, planning, and reporting for the organization
- Partner with the CEO and executive leadership on business strategy, growth planning, and major financial decisions
- Build, lead, and develop the finance and accounting team, including clarifying roles, responsibilities, and workload distribution
- Establish and refine financial processes, procedures, and controls, including month-end close, AR/AP, and internal reporting
- Provide financial benchmarking and KPI tracking across departments to support data-driven decision-making
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial risk
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax obligations, and applicable financial regulations
- Serve as a key advisor to the CEO on capital planning, financing, potential M&A activity, and long-term financial strategy
- Present financial performance, risks, and opportunities to executive leadership and, as applicable, ownership/board
- Mentor and support other departmental leaders on financial best practices and fiscal accountability
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience as a CFO, VP of Finance, or equivalent senior financial leadership role
- Proven track record of leading a finance/accounting function, including team management and process improvement
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Demonstrated experience building or improving financial processes and internal controls
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial executives
- Solid, verifiable professional references required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in office technology, managed network services (MNS), managed IT, MSP, or related business technology services industry
- Experience with eAutomate (ECI) or similar ERP platforms
- Experience supporting a company through a period of active growth or scaling
- Background working directly with a CEO or executive team in a strategic advisory capacity
