Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

This executive leadership opportunity is ideal for a strategic, hands-on finance leader who can strengthen financial operations, build scalable processes, and partner with ownership and senior leadership to support continued growth
.The CFO will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team with responsibility for finance, accounting, treasury, risk management, and human resources functions. The successful candidate will bring strong operational expertise, business acumen, and the ability to drive financial strategy while remaining closely connected to day-to-day operations

Key Responsibilitie
- s:Lead the company's finance, accounting, treasury, risk management, and human resources function
- s.Partner with executive leadership and ownership to develop and execute financial strategies that support growth objective
- s.Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes while ensuring accurate, timely, and GAAP-compliant reportin
- g.Maintain oversight of the company's Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reportin
- g.Manage tax planning, compliance activities, corporate filings, entity registrations, and sales tax requirements in partnership with external advisor
- s.Develop and enhance internal financial controls, policies, procedures, and operational processe
- s.Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and long-term financial planning initiative
- s.Develop financial dashboards, reporting tools, and KPIs to support data-driven decision-makin
- g.Provide leadership with insights and recommendations to improve profitability, efficiency, and overall business performanc
- e.Manage banking relationships, cash flow planning, lending relationships, and treasury operation
- s.Establish processes to strengthen cash management, fraud prevention, and financial control
- s.Support strategic initiatives including acquisitions, investments, and business expansion opportunitie
- s.Oversee ERP systems, financial technology platforms, automation initiatives, and reporting infrastructur
- e.Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology, automation, and AI-driven solution
- s.Manage insurance programs, broker relationships, renewals, and risk mitigation strategie
- s.Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and partner with operational leaders to minimize business ris
- k.Oversee human resource operations including payroll, compensation, benefits administration, employee policies, recruiting processes, onboarding, and employee relation
- s.Build, mentor, and develop high-performing finance and administrative team

Qualificatio
- ns:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related fie
- ld.Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experien
- ce.At least 3 years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer or senior finance executive within an organization generating $100M+ in annual reven
- ue.Experience within healthcare distribution, manufacturing, supply chain, wholesale distribution, or a related industry preferr
- ed.Proven ability to scale financial operations within a growing organizati
- on.Strong background in ERP systems, financial reporting, automation, and business intelligence too
