Our client is looking for a highly strategic and technical RevOps Lead to own and evolve their revenue operations ecosystem. This is not a reporting or admin-heavy role — this is a builder + strategist who will drive business growth, optimize systems, and shape GTM execution.

🔑 What You’ll Own
- Serve as the product owner of HubSpot (Marketing Hub + Sales Hub), driving strategic adoption and long-term value
- Partner with leadership to define and execute GTM strategy focused on revenue growth and expansion
- Identify opportunities across the funnel and build scalable processes to improve conversion and efficiency
- Lead build vs. buy decisions across the GTM tech stack
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Product, and Engineering
- Collaborate with developers on integrations, automation, and systems architecture
- Map and optimize data flows across platforms to ensure accuracy and visibility
- Design and enhance quote-to-cash workflows, including DocuSign and downstream systems
🧠 What We’re Looking For
- Deep expertise in HubSpot (Marketing Hub & Sales Hub required)
- Strong background in GTM strategy + RevOps leadership
- Highly technical mindset — comfortable working with engineers and system architecture
- Experience with data flow mapping, integrations, and process design
- Strong understanding of quote-to-cash workflows and revenue lifecycle systems
- A builder mentality — NOT focused on dashboards or manual reporting
