What You Will Do
- Architect and manage the Salesforce ecosystem, establishing robust data validation rules and automated flows to ensure a single source of truth.
- Design, implement, and administer complex commission models and territory management strategies with strict attribution rules.
- Partner with sales and finance leadership to build sophisticated forecasting models and data-backed performance insights.
The ideal candidate
- 5+ years of Revenue Operations experience within high-growth startups, specifically through Series A or B stages.
- Certified Salesforce Administrator with deep technical expertise in architecture, advanced flows, and complex system integrations.
- Analytical powerhouse proficient in SQL and Excel, capable of modeling intricate financial scenarios and compensation plans.
