What You'll Do
Strategic Financial Leadershi
As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will
- Develop and execute the Company's long-term financial strategy
- Partner closely with the CEO and senior leadership to guide business decisions
- Lead financial planning that supports sustainable growth and operational excellence
- Provide meaningful financial insights that improve profitability, efficiency, and cash flow
- Present financial results, trends, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and ownership
Financial Operations & Accounting Excellence
You'll oversee all financial operations, including
- Corporate accounting and financial reportin
- General ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, billing, and fixed asset
- Month-end and year-end clos
- GAAP compliance and internal control
- Annual audits, tax planning, and regulatory reportin
- Continuous improvement of financial systems and reporting processe
Budgeting, Forecasting & Business Analysis
You'll lead the organization's financial planning process by
- Developing annual operating budgets and long-range forecast
- Creating financial models that support strategic initiative
- Monitoring departmental performance against budget
- Identifying trends, opportunities, and operational improvement
- Delivering meaningful KPIs and executive dashboard
Cash Management & Capital Strategy
- Manage company cash flow and liquidit
- Build and maintain strong banking relationship
- Evaluate financing options and capital investment opportunitie
- Monitor debt compliance and financial covenant
- Optimize working capital and financial resource
Strategic Growth & Business Development

What We're Looking For
We're seeking an executive who combines strategic thinking with operational excellenc
Qualificationa
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field requir
- MBA preferr
- CPA strongly preferr
- 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experien
- 5+ years serving as a senior finance executive or C
- Experience in construction, environmental services, manufacturing, industrial services, transportation, engineering, or other project-based industries is highly desirab
- Demonstrated success leading financial strategy during periods of grow
- Experience partnering with executive leadership to improve business performan
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skil
