Key Responsibilities
- The full commercial motion, from first touch to closed contract, across our four buyer cohorts: foundation model labs, physical AI builders, world model companies, and voice AI builders.
- Expansion of our anchor accounts. We have signed work with a leading humanoid company and active contracting across multiple accounts; your job is to deepen these and add the next ten.
- Deal structuring and pricing discipline on contracts from six to eight figures of ACV. You hold the line on price; you do not discount to close faster.
- The feedback loop to the founders and delivery team on what buyers actually need, where the data gaps are, and which cohorts to lean into next.
- Our presence in the rooms that matter: robotics, embodied AI, and voice AI research venues where these buyers are. Why this is sellable right now This is not a build-pipeline-from-zero-and-pray role. The demand is real and arriving:
- A signed anchor deal with a leading humanoid company, with an active addendum in contracting.
- Live contracting across multiple accounts and a multi-cohort pipeline in active scoping.
- BRIDGE, our published benchmark evaluating commercial ASR across many languages, which makes us a standard-setter to researchers rather than one more vendor.
- Operations live across 10+ countries, with proof points in both sight and sound that buyers can evaluate. Who you are The two things that actually matter
- You can get into a room with an AI/ML research lead, robotics engineering head, or R&D data owner at a frontier lab, humanoid company, world model team, or voice AI builder, and be taken seriously. Warm relationships in at least one of these cohorts are the bar, not a bonus.
- You have sold real-world data, sensor or capture data, or a technical capability into one of these buyers (as seller or buyer), and you can hold a credible conversation about capture pipelines, multi-modal data, and model training needs without a sales engineer in the room. And you bring
- A genuine hunter who has built and closed enterprise pipeline independently, owning the full cycle including complex procurement and six-to-eight-figure ACV.
- Fluency, or fast-ramp fluency, in the embodied AI / humanoid / VLA / world model landscape. You do not need us to explain what an egocentric dataset or a VLA model is.
- The judgment to position a strategic data partnership, not a commodity service, and the discipline to walk from a deal that prices us as a vendor.
- Comfort operating as a founding hire: ambiguity, your own structure, direct line to founders, no layers. Strong signals
- Existing relationships at frontier labs or physical AI companies
- You have sold data for physical AI, autonomous, robotics, or voice AI use cases specifically.
- Early GTM experience at a high-growth data or AI infrastructure company. What we offer
