We are seeking a talented and highly motivated CFO to join our team.
The CFO should be a team player and experienced in raising capital to fund growth. Experience in taking a company public is a plus. Reporting directly to the CEO of the company, the Chief Financial Officer is responsible for all aspects of accounting and finance including establishing internal controls, controlling the month end close process, and the preparation and reporting of financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
