Required Qualifications:
• Significant experience in fintech, payments, banking, money transmission, or other regulated financial services.
• Demonstrated knowledge of core finance functions, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, treasury, cash management, audit coordination, and internal controls
• Experience operating in a regulated environment with responsibility for financial governance, policy development, and control frameworks
• Strong understanding of liquidity management, reconciliations, settlement operations, and customer fund flows
• Strong communication and cross-functional partnership skills
• Deep understanding of corporate tax strategy and compliance, including U.S. federal and state tax matters, international tax considerations, intercompany arrangements, and cross-border operational impacts
Preferred Qualifications:
• CPA, MBA, CFA, or similar advanced credential
• Direct experience with MTLs and related financial requirements
• Strong understanding of regulatory examinations, financial audits, and banking partner due diligence in the fintech or payments space
• Experience with global payments, cross-border finance operations, and international banking relationships
• Experience with multi-entity and multi-jurisdiction finance operations, including intercompany structures and global financial oversight
