Key Responsibilities
- Manage vendor onboarding and renewals, coordinating with Operations, Legal, Security, and other stakeholders to ensure required processes and approvals are completed. Provide guidance to business teams regarding contract generation and requirements.
- Serve as a traffic manager for operational workflows, including creating, preparing, reviewing, and maintaining contract timelines, status reports, and project updates.
- Develop and manage a roadmap of operational process initiatives, helping identify, prioritize, and coordinate business needs and opportunities for improvement.
- Create and maintain process documentation, instructions, training materials, and other resources. Facilitate change management and communication related to process updates.
- Manage the SharePoint site used to organize internal Operations documents and reports, ensuring consistency, compliance, accessibility, and audit readiness across the Marketing organization.
- Develop and manage reporting using Workfront and other platforms as needed to provide visibility into workflows, projects, resources, and operational performance.
- Identify and resolve quality-control issues related to workflows, system data, process management, and functionality.
- Serve as a trusted escalation point for the broader Marketing organization on workflow, process, application, and systems-related questions or issues.
- Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance and be available to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as business needs require.

- Experience in marketing and/or advertising is beneficial; experience within a creative agency environment is preferred.
- Strong PC skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word, along with experience using other Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with Smartsheet, Tableau, OneDrive, and SharePoint is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and build strong relationships across teams.
