Rewst is a venture-backed SaaS company at a pivotal stage of growth. As we continue to innovate with our Robotic Process Automation platform, we are seeking a strategic, operational, and metrics-driven CFO to join our executive team and help lead us through the next phase of our company’s journey.
Position Overview:
As CFO, you will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for leading the Finance function, shaping financial strategy and partnering cross-functionally to drive sustainable growth. You’ll manage the teams responsible for FP&A, Accounting and Human Resources, while assisting the CEO with any key projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Financial Leadership
- Own and drive the company’s financial strategy and budget
- Provide data-driven insights and strategic guidance to the CEO and Board
Operational & Financial Management
- Oversee all financial operations including FP&A, accounting and cash management
- Implement and maintain systems and processes for scalability
- Ensure financial discipline, cost controls and efficiency across departments
Capital Strategy & Fundraising
- Partner with the CEO and investors on capital raises
- Build relationships with banks, investors and financial partners
- Lead due diligence processes
Team Leadership & Development
- Build, mentor and lead a high-performing team
- Champion a culture of accountability, transparency and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CFO in a high-growth SaaS or technology company
- Exceptional leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (NDR, CAC, payback period)
- Experience with fundraising, investor relations and M&A transactions
- Strong technical accounting knowledge (GAAP, revenue recognition)
- Familiarity with ERP and financial systems
- Bachelor’s in Business, Finance or Accounting; MBA strongly preferred
