About Onified.ai
At Onified.ai, we’re building the world’s first Enterprise Resource Intelligence (ERI) platform bringing enterprise applications, Industry 4.0, AI and Agentic AI together on one intelligent platform.
We’re developing 50+ integrated enterprise applications across manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, finance, HR, projects, governance and other business functions.
As we build these products and take them to market, we’re looking for a few high-ownership people who can join us early and grow with the company.
The Role
Can you understand a business problem, think through how a product should solve it and then explain its value convincingly to a customer?
That’s the role.
This is a hybrid Product + Go-to-Market position.
On the product side, you’ll help think through how applications should actually work—business processes, workflows, user journeys, functional requirements, business rules, exceptions and edge cases.
On the GTM side, you’ll understand markets, reach out to prospects, identify their problems, present our products, prepare proposals, follow up on opportunities and help take them towards closure.
And what you learn from customers comes straight back into the product.
Market → Product → Customer → Feedback → Better Product
What You’ll Work On
Product & Systems Thinking
- Translate business problems into structured product requirements and workflows.
- Think through user journeys, business rules, exceptions and edge cases.
- Review existing application flows and challenge how they can be simpler and better.
- Understand how different business functions and applications connect.
- Work with Product, UX, Engineering and AI teams to take ideas from concept towards release.
Go-to-Market & Customers
- Research markets, industries, companies and potential customers.
- Reach out to prospects and understand their business problems.
- Map customer requirements to Onified.ai solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
- Help position and launch new applications.
- Prepare proposals and pre-sales material.
- Follow up consistently and help drive opportunities towards closure.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone with 1–3 years of professional experience and strong business aptitude.
MBA preferred; strong business aptitude and relevant experience are equally valued.
Your previous designation matters less than your ability to understand businesses, think in systems and get things done.
You should have:
- A working understanding of business functions sales, procurement, operations, supply chain, finance, HR, projects, etc.
- The ability to look at a business process and visualize how it should work as a system.
- Strong structured and analytical thinking.
- An instinct for workflows, user journeys and how people actually use software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Confidence speaking with customers and giving presentations.
- Commercial instinct and a genuine willingness to sell.
- Comfort with technology and curiosity about AI.
- High ownership, initiative and attention to detail.
Experience in enterprise software, ERP, SaaS, consulting, business analysis, pre-sales, product, implementation or B2B sales is useful, but we’re not looking for one specific background.
The Kind of Person We’re Looking For
This matters more to us than having the perfect résumé.
We’re looking for a go-getter and self-starter—someone who doesn’t need detailed instructions for every task.
Someone who sees something missing and takes the initiative.
Someone who can discuss a customer presentation in the morning, challenge a product workflow in the afternoon and follow up on an opportunity before the day ends.
Someone who asks:
“Why does this process work this way, and could it work better?”
And then takes the initiative to find out.
We’re building the team gradually, so the people joining us now will be among the early members helping establish how we work.
If you need a narrowly defined role, established processes and a large team around you from day one, this probably isn’t the right opportunity.
If the idea of helping build those processes, products and eventually the team itself excites you, it might be.
Why Join Onified.ai?
Early in your career, most roles ask you to choose one lane Product, Sales, Consulting, Marketing or Operations.
This role gives you exposure across them.
You’ll see the complete journey:
Business Problem → Product Idea → User Journey → Functional Requirement → Product → Customer → Sale → Feedback → Better Product
You’ll work closely with company leadership, Product, Engineering, AI teams and customers—and see how products are conceived, built, positioned, launched, sold and improved.
As Onified.ai grows, we want people who helped build the foundation to grow into larger responsibilities with it.
AI can increasingly help us research, analyse, design and build faster. But deciding what should be built, how a business process should work, what users really need and how to create commercial value from it still requires strong business judgment.
That’s what we’re looking for.
Interested?
If you’re early in your career, ambitious, commercially minded and excited by the intersection of business, product and AI, we’d like to hear from you.
You don’t need to have done everything already.
But you should be able to demonstrate that you’re someone who learns quickly, takes initiative, thinks in systems and gets things done.
Apply through LinkedIn and come help us build Onified.ai, both the products and the business around them.
