Revenue Operations Analyst
Summary:
This role will focus on supporting data operations projects and assisting with CRM and systems-related inquiries. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working with large datasets across multiple platforms. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM administration capabilities would have high value, but not needed.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reporting to support commercial leadership decision-making.
- Support sales process design, documentation, and continuous improvement.
- Assist with territory and account assignment support and related data maintenance.
- Maintain CRM/system hygiene — data accuracy, deduplication, and record maintenance.
- Support prospecting and pipeline-generation workflows (list building, lead routing, data enrichment).
- Work with AI tools and technology to support Rev Ops and commercial leadership — e.g., AI-assisted reporting, analysis, and content generation.
Skills & Experience:
- 3–5 years in sales/revenue operations, sales analytics, or a related GTM role.
- Strong Excel skills (vLookup, pivot tables, data analysis).
- Salesforce experience required — reports, dashboards, and data management.
- Experience supporting sales process, territory/account operations, or prospecting workflows a plus.
- AI-fluent — comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to speed up reporting and analysis, and eager to keep pace with new tools as they emerge.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Bachelor's degree required.
