CNS ECE Strategy & Sales Operations (SSO) comprises the creation and driving of overall sales strategy, management of strategic planning and strategic initiatives, and driving of business updates.
Purpose of the role is identification and understanding of the drivers of short and long-term sales performance through advanced analytics (Salesforce CRM). Covers preparation of analysis for management business reviews and leadership discussions as well as the support of business strategic initiatives, and other key business programmes. Directs and monitors the backbone of the sales function and ensures an efficient and smooth infrastructure. Ensures sales team's focus on generating revenue and closing deals by providing operation support and implementing programmes to support sales excellence.
- Contributes to/ is responsible for the overall or a specific area in the operational side of all sales processes in
- Sales performance and analytics reporting and reviews, funnel and KPI management and tracking,
- Operations and programmes to manage deal awards and incentives, customer surveys, account operations, and
- Processes and tools to drive sales excellence.
- Drive digitalization efforts (dashboards, consolidations, maintenance, and creation & maintenance of ECE Sales portal)
- Support all regular reporting and ad hoc initiatives
- Contribute to performance analytics and business insights (MBRs)
- Funnel/Pipeline & KPIs management
- Sales process (Hierarchies/Gates/L2D) and tools (CRM)
- Assure order intake forecast data quality, integrity and analysis
- Contributes to the overall or a specific area in the operation of the sales process to global/market or sales unit. Sales Enabler & provides specialized operational support, in close collaboration with Global/Market such as:
- Provide appropriate Sales Ops support to the frontline (Key user and first line support), being their main point of contact for processes and tools
- Coordinates sales programme or processes and tools operation, or handles analytics, tracking and reporting.
- Independently works within broad guidelines and uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues.
- Works with substantial discretion and uses specialist knowledge, analytical skills, judgment and broad conceptual and practical experience to solve complex problems and to contribute to process improvements.
- Transfers concepts for professional direction of own organisational unit into actionable measures.
- May lead small projects with limited risks and resource requirements.
- Contribute to digitalization of reporting capabilities, automation and transformation
- The role will rarely require travel, but the candidate would be required to work flexible hours due to the global operation of the CNS ECE Strategy & Sales Operations (SSO) team.
- Supporting SIP, CaDe, & other centralized projects
- Experience/ Mastery of a specific professional discipline combining deep knowledge of theory and practice within a function. Expert in more than one area, broad perspective.
- 12+ years extensive relevant experience and/or a graduate/ postgraduate equivalent degree or MBA .
- The candidate should have working experience in sales operations .
Nice to have prior Digitalization exp.

- Analytical Skillset: Capable of identifying all aspects of a problem, understanding why a problem exists, and finding viable solutions
- Innovation mindset: Comes up with useful ideas that are new, better or unique; introduces new, modern and innovative ways of looking at problems; creates ideas, tries them out and puts them into practice
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication & presentation skills required to engage with stakeholders at different levels across the organization including (executive) management.
- Market insights: High-level business trends, technological directions
- Strong skills in understanding sales process, market units’ business strategy and analytics requirements/ governance
- Prior experience in project management will be an added advantage.
- Tool related capabilities: Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Einstein Analytics for reporting, Marketo knowledge, Analytics, some Marketing background to understand the dataflows from there back into Sales.
- Expert knowledge of Office 365 capabilities (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint), Visualization tools knowledge
