iGas is a global manufacturer and distributor of refrigerant gases headquartered in Tampa, FL. iGas is a dynamic and fast-growing organization committed to building a high-performing, inclusive workplace. We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to design, develop, and maintain business applications, databases, APIs, and system integrations. This role will work closely with IT and business teams to build scalable technology solutions, improve data accessibility, and streamline business processes.
The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with database architecture and management, REST APIs, full-stack web development, JavaScript/TypeScript, Next.js, GitHub, and modern software development practices. Experience with Microsoft Azure or AWS is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using modern technologies, with a focus on JavaScript/TypeScript and Next.js.
- Design, develop, document, and maintain RESTful APIs and system integrations.
- Design, configure, maintain, and optimize relational databases to support business applications, reporting, and data analytics.
- Troubleshoot application, database, API, and integration issues and provide effective technical solutions.
- Work with Accounting, Sales, Operations, Warehouse, HR, and other departments to understand business needs and translate them into effective technology solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve or automate business processes and workflows through technology.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in software development, full-stack development, database development, or business systems development.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Office 365, and ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, with a focus on business process automation and system integration.
- Strong experience with relational databases, database design, SQL, data modeling, and database administration/management.
- Experience using Git and GitHub for source control and collaborative software development.
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure or AWS, including cloud-based application and database services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
