Hiring: CFO – NetSuite End-User (New York, NY)

The Role:
As CFO, you'll be a strategic partner to the CEO, owning the full finance function and driving financial strategy to support the company's next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
🔸Financial Strategy & Planning: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning; partner with CEO and board on capital strategy, fundraising, and M&A.
🔸Financial Reporting & Controls: Oversee month-end close, financial statements, and compliance; maintain strong internal controls and audit readiness.
🔸Cash Flow & Treasury: Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships; optimize capital structure.
🔸NetSuite & Finance Systems: Serve as executive owner of NetSuite, driving optimization, automation, and continuous improvement of the finance tech stack.
🔸Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing finance team; foster accountability and strategic partnership.
🔸Business Partnering: Partner with department heads on unit economics, pricing, and profitability; provide data-driven insights.
🔸Board & Investor Relations: Prepare board materials and KPI dashboards; advise board on financial performance.
Ideal Background:
✅10+ years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years in senior finance leadership (CFO, VP Finance, or equivalent).
✅NetSuite experience highly desired – finance leader at NetSuite end-user or consultant with deep NetSuite expertise.
✅Strong background in FP&A, accounting, and controls with track record of building scalable finance functions.
✅Experience in high-growth, technology-enabled business (SaaS, e-commerce preferred).
✅Proven ability to raise capital and manage investor relations.
✅CPA and/or MBA preferred.
