ABOUT THE ROLE
1. P&L Ownership
- Own consolidated P&L across all entities. Drive margin improvement, cost discipline, and profitability accountability at country and business-unit level.
2. Treasury
- Manage group liquidity, banking relationships, FX exposure, and cross-border cash repatriation across SEA / Asia / Americas markets. Post-IPO, own investor-facing capital structure and dividend policy considerations.
3. M&A / Capital Allocation
- Lead due diligence, deal structuring, and post-merger integration for strategic acquisitions. Own capital allocation framework across organic growth, M&A, and capex priorities.
4. Capital / Fund Raising
- Lead equity and debt fundraising activities across the Group's international operations, including pre-IPO financing rounds, strategic investor engagement, and banking/PE relationships. Own the fundraising strategy that underpins the Group's future listing plans.
5. Budgeting / Governance
- Own group-wide budgeting cycle, financial governance framework, and internal controls across all entities. Ensure SOX-equivalent readiness ahead of public listing.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated fundraising / financing experience — deal execution, not just oversight or advisory involvement.
- Manufacturing / electronics / industrial finance background.
- Hands-on experience in Asia / Sea / Americas Market.
