TENTEN Partners is looking for a capable, commercially minded Sales Operations Executive to join our Singapore headquarters.
This is a new position working directly with our Head of Operations & Chief of Staff, supporting our Singapore business as well as aspects of our wider regional operations.
It isn't a traditional admin role. We are looking for someone who enjoys making things work better: organising, analysing information, spotting gaps, supporting people and turning data into useful insight.
You'll also benefit from an extensive handover from our long-standing Executive Administrator ahead of her retirement, giving you time to understand the business, our systems and the way we work.
What you'll do
Your responsibilities will span several areas of the business, including:
- Sales operations & CRM – maintaining CRM/ATS data, reporting, tracking activity and helping consultants use data more effectively.
- Business analysis – identifying trends, exceptions and areas requiring management attention rather than simply producing reports.
- Sales enablement – using LinkedIn, Talent Insights and other sources to provide consultants with market intelligence, client insights and BD materials.
- HR & people administration – supporting employee onboarding/offboarding, documentation, background checks, MOM-related administration and employee records.
- Marketing support – preparing PowerPoint/Canva presentations, client materials, market insights and assisting with LinkedIn and other business content.
- Executive & operational support – assisting the Chief of Staff and leadership team with research, projects, meetings, documentation and day-to-day business priorities.
The scope will evolve as you become familiar with the business. We are a small company, so being willing to help outside a tightly defined job description matters.
Who we're looking for
You'll probably have around 5+ years of relevant professional experience across operations, sales support, recruitment, professional services, HR administration, executive support or a similar environment.
More importantly, you'll be someone who:
- is highly organised and accurate;
- can analyse information and identify what actually matters;
- is confident using Office 365, CRM systems and business technology;
- communicates clearly and professionally in writing and in person;
- can create well-presented PowerPoint or Canva materials;
- is comfortable working with senior leaders and commercially focused teams;
- takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do;
- is discreet and comfortable handling confidential employee, candidate and commercial information;
- can juggle competing priorities without losing attention to detail;
- enjoys solving problems and improving processes;
- has an international outlook and is comfortable working across different cultures and markets.
Experience within recruitment, executive search, professional services or another sales-led business would be useful, but isn't essential.
Regional or international work experience would also be an advantage.
What this role could become
For the right person, this role offers considerably more than administration.
You'll have exposure to sales operations, HR, marketing, analytics, business planning and senior management, with the opportunity to take increasing ownership as your knowledge and capability develops.
You will work closely with the Head of Operations & Chief of Staff, so we are looking for someone who is curious about how a business works and wants to become a trusted operational partner over time.
