Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Coimbatore, responsible for overseeing the financial strategy and health of Dhanam Investment and Finance (P) LTD. The CFO will lead financial planning and budgeting, ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintain high standards in accounting, compliance, and internal controls. This role involves monitoring cash flow, capital allocation, and funding requirements, as well as managing relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and regulatory authorities. The CFO will collaborate with senior leadership to support business growth, risk management, and strategic decision-making, aligning financial policies with NBFC regulations and corporate objectives. The role also includes guiding the finance team, implementing process improvements, and leveraging technology to enhance financial efficiency and transparency.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Finance and Financial Planning to lead budgeting, forecasting, and capital management.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely disclosures.
- Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, assess risk, and support strategic decisions.
- Relevant experience in NBFCs or financial services, including regulatory compliance, risk management, and treasury operations, is highly beneficial.
- Professional qualifications such as CA, CFA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent, along with significant leadership experience in senior finance roles, are preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and communicate complex financial information clearly is expected.
- Strong ethical standards, attention to detail, and proficiency with modern financial systems and digital tools will be an advantage.
