Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for overseeing all financial activities of Esse India. The CFO will manage financial planning and budgeting, monitor cash flow, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements and reporting. This role includes developing financial strategies, supporting long-term business growth, and advising leadership on financial risks, opportunities, and investment decisions. The CFO will lead finance operations, implement internal controls and compliance processes, coordinate audits, and collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with overall business objectives. The position also involves mentoring and managing the finance team to maintain efficient, ethical, and transparent financial practices.
