Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Telecom Wireline and Wireless product division for North America and EU, driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence.
- Own the Profit and Loss (P&L) for the business unit, ensuring financial performance and accountability.
- Provide strategic direction leveraging expertise in Product/Engineering to drive growth opportunities and market expansion.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to establish short-term objectives and long-range goals, including related plans and policies.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and standards within the business unit.
Qualifications
- Education: Advanced degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Demonstrated leadership in telecommunications focusing on product development, engineering, and business growth. Proven track record of P&L ownership and financial performance.
- Skills:
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
- Product management: Extensive experience in wireless product development and management.
