Role Overview
This is a highly visible role that will support our channel sales teams across the EMEA region. This position involves working closely with channel sales directors and account managers to handle a variety of responsibilities, including supporting leads, deal registrations, partner onboarding, business performance reviews, pricing, pipeline management, and KPI tracking. You will be crucial in maintaining accurate information across various sales tools, troubleshooting issues, and enhancing the efficiency of our partner operations. Reporting directly to the Head of Global Partner Operations, you will be instrumental in supporting our growing EMEA region.
What You’ll Do
- Channel Sales Support: Provide wide-ranging operational support to the EMEA Channel Sales and Executive team – assisting them with the execution of business strategies, partner program and measurement of success.
- Data Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date data in partner systems including the partner portal, CRM, DocuSign, and other relevant tools.
- Channel Partner Support: Provide operational support to channel partners, including onboarding, training, and ongoing assistance to ensure successful partnerships.
- Enforce proper pipeline lead conversion, deal registration management, partner onboarding, price/quote execution, system set up, acting as a subject matter expert and ensuring adherence to global best practice guidelines.
- Participate in weekly meetings to advise on critical issues
- Compiling accurate channel sales reports on a as needed basis
- Collaborate with the Business Intelligence, Finance, EMEA Sales and other Sales Operations teams to provide ad-hoc analysis, investigate problems and/or validate business decisions.
- Actively support in the testing, development and regional roll-out of Sales-related systems
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in a Partner/Channel Operations or Sales Operations (or similar Operational) function
- Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration abilities.
- Proven capability to work with multiple teams and build effective partnerships.
- Able to manage multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Practical experience in using Mircosoft Excel, CRM and Business Intelligence systems (particularly SFDC and Tableau or other Business Intelligence tools)
- Analytical and curious mindset with a methodical and diligent approach.
- High level of integrity and accountability.
- Effective time management and prioritization skills.
