Role Overview:We are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to lead the delivery of operational and project management excellence across Deepsink’s international projects. In this role, you will coordinate internal teams and manage project timelines, ensuring seamless delivery for our global clients. You will also work closely with clients to support their sales strategies and execution, providing valuable insights and guidance.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Management: Lead the execution of internal projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery across all operational tasks. Monitor progress against our clients scope of work, mitigate risks, and increase efficiency through processes
- Operational Excellence: Implement and improve processes to maximise efficiency and optimise project outcomes. Maintain documentation for internal workflows and operational procedures.
- Client Liaison: Serve a point of contact for selected clients, offering strategic support for their sales initiatives and business development plans. Maintain strong relationships and deliver on an agreed scope of work.
- Sales Strategy Support: Partner with clients to analyse their market approach, refine sales strategies, and develop go-to-market plans. Provide actionable recommendations based on data insights.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with different departments within Deepsink, such as Business Development, Marketing, and Partnerships, to achieve project goals.
- Performance Monitoring: Create dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project success and sales metrics. Use insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Industry Insight: Stay informed on the latest trends in the CDR market, ESG developments, and climate action to provide valuable guidance to clients and the internal team.
Qualifications:- Education: Graduate degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in a fast-paced consultancy, B2B Sales, or sales operations role.
- Interest in Climate Action: A strong passion for sustainability and large scale climate action. Experience in ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) is highly desirable; familiarity with CDR is a bonus.
- Skills:
- Proven project management skills with experience in delivering projects on time and within scope.
- Strong communication abilities, capable of effectively liaising with clients and internal teams.
- Proficient in data analysis, with knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot, Copper) and project management tools (e.g., Notion, Trello, or Monday.com).
- Able to adapt to a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Other: Experience working with international clients or in a global context is advantageous.
