Senior Sales Operations Managers are responsible for building and maintaining the Tools, Processes, and Data that will provide the best environment for Sales Reps to reach their objectives. You will join a team of 9 other talented Sales Ops.
The team is led by Romain, working closely with 40 business developers, 15 key account managers, and 10 SDRs.
As a Sales Operations Manager at Qonto, you will:
- Coordinate projects for the Sales Ops teams along with 3 other Sales Operations Managers
- Work with all concerned teams to collect, document, and clarify everyone’s requirements for project developments. Propose adapted solutions;
- Ensure watchfulness and day-to-day support on tools and services used by Sales, International, KAM, Accounting, and Partnership teams;
- Ensure an optimal configuration for each user by managing all software used (data, automation, customization);
- Train and assist new joiners and current users on the software environment and its characteristics;
- Be proactive and suggest ideas for improvement on existing and new processes.

About You
- Experience: You have 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations and are familiar with the startup / SaaS industry;
- Mastery: You have strong project management knowledge. You’re recognized for your communication skills across teams;
- Leadership skills: You are interested in management and you have demonstrated your ability to help people grow through mentoring junior Sales Ops managers;
- Balance big picture and detail: You can manage complex business problems and you are curious to dive into detailed data, while still being able to see the big picture. You know how to prioritize your tasks;
- Continuous improvement: You strive to get better every day even if it means learning from your own mistakes;
- Flexible: You are at ease in a fast-paced environment and are also able to work with tight deadlines;
- Languages: You speak English and French fluently. Italian, Spanish or German is a plus;
- Education: You have a master's degree or equivalent.
