THE JOB
As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will support and optimize the effectiveness of the Sales team by managing order and revenue projections, refining sales processes, and overseeing sales tools and training programs. You will be responsible for implementing and managing the CRM tool, developing sales materials, and coordinating lead generation. Additionally, you will organize internal sales meetings, assist with data analysis, and support marketing and training initiatives, ensuring that the team meets its goals and operates efficiently.
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication, or equivalent education and experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales operations, preferably within capital goods or services.
- Intermediate knowledge of sales within the electric utility industry.
- Advanced skills in Salesforce or equivalent CRM.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
