Ultromics is seeking an experienced Sales Operations leader with a demonstrated track record of increasing and accelerating growth via effective sales process design and implementation, sales performance monitoring and measurement, sales reporting and analytics, and effective use of Hubspot.com, Tableau, and DRG/Clarivate data. The successful candidate for the Sales Operations Manager position will have excellent analytical and process design skills, strong acumen of key sales metrics, processes, and methodologies, and demonstrate effective working relationships with the Commercial team and management.
- Develop, improve, and implement new processes or process improvements for an end-to-end sales process (from lead generation & prospecting through deal closure and transition to implementation and support) that drive consistent results across the Commercial team
- Work with the Chief Commercial Officer to conduct and maintain addressable market analysis, territories and quotas
- Define and create workflows and configure sales automation tools to appropriately support the sales process; specifically, administering the Tableau, HubSpot Marketing & Sales CRM
- Understand the role of the salesperson and how to effectively design and implement processes that are easy and that are additive not reductive in making the Commercial team more effective and efficient
- Lead sales analytics, reporting, and forecasting on a quarterly, monthly, and ad-hoc basis including business, territory, and individual sales team member level
- Serve as the HubSpot power user and administrator for the organization and drive maximum effectiveness, adoption, and utilization of the platform to support sales, customer service, account management, etc. with support from IT as appropriate
- Lead the development of sales metrics, KPIs, reports, and dashboards for sales leadership, company leadership, and board of directors
- Assist in the development of sales training materials and sales training delivery on sales processes, tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Help onboard, train and orient new sales team members, and build and maintain the Sales Knowledge repository
- Support the administration and optimization of sales commission plans and territory design using data driven approaches
- Assist Product and Technology in the design of seamless integration among back-office applications with the Tableau, HubSpot platforms
- Support analytics for high level BD modelling
- Support Senior level strategic planning and long-range planning processes
- Follow good information governance practice throughout this job role and ensure compliance with Ultromics information security and data protection policies in all applicable assigned tasks

- Minimum BS/BA required; MBA preferred
- Expert level proficiency with HubSpot CRM
- Deep sales process and methodology experience and expertise
- Strong analytical and process definition skills
- 5+ years experience in Sales Operations Management; healthcare IT or healthcare vertical strongly preferred
- Honesty/integrity - does not cut corners ethically. Earns trust and maintains confidences. Does what is right not just what is convenient. Speaks plainly and truthfully
