About The Job
The mission of the Revenue Operations Administrator is to empower the sales and marketing teams by optimizing operational efficiency and alleviating administrative burdens. You play a critical role in ensuring data accuracy, process improvement, and timely lead management, enabling the revenue-generating teams to focus on their core activities. You're responsible for managing data enrichment processes, supporting lead generation efforts, and streamlining CRM system operations.
Your Impact
Lead Enrichment & Data Management:
- Manually enrich and validate lead data from various sources (Prospector, LinkedIn, Rocket Reach, Apollo.io), ensuring completeness, accuracy, and relevance.
- Manage large datasets in Google Sheets and CRM systems, maintaining up-to-date records of company and contact information.
- Utilize automation tools (e.g., Postman) to streamline data import processes, and explore new technologies to further enhance lead enrichment and data accuracy.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure data is readily available and accurate for outreach and reporting efforts.
Sales & Marketing Support
- Coordinate with marketing to upload and enrich leads generated from webinars, paid ads, and other campaigns into the CRM system.
- Assist in designing efficient workflows and automating manual processes to improve the speed and accuracy of lead assignment.
- Support inbound and outbound marketing efforts by providing clean and actionable data, enhancing the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to address injected tasks, ensuring information is available and actionable in a timely manner.
CRM & Operational Efficiency
- Manage the integrity of CRM data, regularly performing quality checks to ensure accuracy across all records.
- Generate reports to provide insights into sales operations, pipeline performance, and lead attribution.
- Identify bottlenecks in the revenue process and recommend operational improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to implement quality assurance measures and ensure data hygiene.
What You Bring To The Table
- Strong proficiency in managing CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and large datasets using platforms like Google Sheets. Experience with lead enrichment tools such as Apollo.io, LinkedIn, and Rocket Reach.
- Experience using automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Postman) to streamline manual processes and enhance data flow.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales and Marketing teams to provide data and operational support that improves outreach and campaign success.
- Exceptional accuracy in handling data and maintaining records, ensuring the integrity of sales and marketing efforts.
- Capability to analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions that improve operational performance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate across departments and provide timely updates on operational support and data availability.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales operations, marketing operations, or a similar role within a SaaS or technology environment is preferred.
