Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will:
Lead the Strategic Business Unit for our client's Software, comprising Sales, Marketing and Customer success teams covering all global territories, in creating a core, repeatable and scalable business.
Be an inspiring executive with proven experience in digital health and software, clinical systems, and virtual care, being able to galvanise teams across multiple functions, reducing friction and creating a high-performance business.
Define the overarching sales strategy for our client's Software, working with the relevant stakeholders of each Strategic BusinessUnit, holding a full P&L, forecast and budget.
Develop and use OKRs to inform and measure growth.
Deliver on the ambitions of our strategic vision ‘Welcome to tomorrow’ and fulfil all necessary goals.
Ensure sales is responsive to the market and delivering the right product solutions to further the ambitions of client and broader digital maturity of the healthcare sector.
Refine the full end-to-end processes from lead generation to closing of sales prospects and implementation of these solutions to ‘Business as Usual’.
Work with marketing to reach new customers (outbound) and grow a rich and full early-stage pipeline, also focusing on inbound lead generation, through increasing market awareness.
Ensure Business Development Managers are maximising their deal velocity and flow, improving efficiency and ability to close deals of increasing value.
Help design/implement a customer success and delivery process that decreases the time to ‘Go Live’ and minimises bespoke custom development.
Create a plan to enhance renewal and upsell activity.
Assist in the transition towards a SaaS Enterprise business, developing cutting edge commercial models that maximise value for our client and their customers.
Work with Sales Operations Specialist and finance team to deliver live and on-demand sales metrics and Board Reports.
Understand the specific needs of each customer at a macro and individual level across multiple territories and support them to develop practical and effective strategies.
Liaison with senior stakeholders and key figures in digital health to help implement our client's solution.
Stay up to date on all policies and initiatives associated with our client, ensuring you are at the forefront of knowledge creation both within our client's business and to the wider digital health community.
Partner with all parts of the business to deliver against sales and implementation metrics, and to refine lead qualification process, analyse and report on campaign performance with reporting and dashboards.
Critically, you will be a thought leader in digital health, contributing to sales meetings, conferences, thought leadership papers and dissemination.
Candidate Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in senior roles as a subject matter expert within digital health.
- Excellent experience of implementing digital health solutions at scale.
- A passion for improving lives for digital health and driving up the quality of digital solutions available.
- A hunger and drive to deliver against defined metrics and results.
- Proficiency creating reports, optimising processes, training new hires, and managing dashboards.
- Bachelor’s degree required and experience within a technology and/or healthcare business preferred.
- Ability to understand high-level programme management strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure local execution and business impact.
- Advanced Excel skills with a strong understanding of CRM applications, email marketing strategies.
- A good level of technical understanding, with enthusiasm for new technology and its commercial uses.
- Demonstrable business acumen and a deep understanding of business and processes, self-motivation, and a competitive, results-driven attitude.
- You will have experience and demonstrable success in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to negotiate and problem-solve.
