Senior Sales Operations Manager to play a key role in our

Sounds great, what will I be doing? 🤔
As our
Senior Sales Operations Manager you’ll be ensuring we have the right sales people, processes, and tools in place to supercharge our growing business. As a partner to our New Business organization, you’ll help our Account Executives and Sales Development Executives identify & win new logos and contracts.
It’s also fun; shaking things up is what working for a growing company is all about. So you’ll need to be flexible, comfortable with continuous change, and working in a high-tempo environment as we grow.
What do I need to bring with me? 🧳
You’ll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires. You don't have to tick all the boxes right away; the important thing is that you’re willing to learn. Here’s what the team will be looking for:
👉 Comfort with sales tools such as Salesforce, Highspot, and Clari (to name a few!)
👉 Strong data analysis skills - confident interpreting data and using data to drive strategy and tell a story
👉 Project management or operational experience - able to shepherd a project from start to finish, outline the goals, track and communicate progress, and evaluate success
