Role: Revenue Operations Manager
Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Revenue Operations Manager to join our team. The Revenue Operations Manager will be key in driving Traya’s repeat revenue efforts, leveraging data to analyse customer behaviour, optimise retention strategies, and identify opportunities for long-term growth. This role requires deep analytical expertise, a strong grasp of revenue operations, and experience in turning complex data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Continuously monitor daily repeat revenue trends, highlighting risks and opportunities based on key metrics.
- Perform in-depth root cause analysis to uncover factors affecting revenue, translating findings into clear, actionable insights.
- Develop and present actionable strategies to improve retention and repeat orders, collaborating with cross-functional teams for execution.
- Conduct cohort analysis and segmentation to understand customer behaviours, optimising revenue-generating initiatives based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or science background from a top-tier college (MBA is not required)
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics, decision science or revenue operations analytics.
- Proven expertise in data analysis, root cause analysis (RCA), and generating actionable insights using tools like SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, or similar.
- Comfort with programming languages (e.g., Python, R) to perform advanced data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in data-driven environments.
- Any revenue operations experience in ecommerce companies is a big plus.
- Strong ownership and hustle, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, high-growth environment.
