The duties and responsibilities of the position include but not limited to:
Sales Operations and Enablement
- Act as Single POC for all the needs and requirements of the Sales Team – CRM, Targets, Incentives and many more
- Manage the sales operations process to enable sales team productivity
- Ensure Weekly/Monthly Reporting and Analysis of Sales & Financial performance
- Work on estimates and its trend to come up with tactical insights on future outlook
- Take charge of Power BI Dashboards and its relevance and accuracy at all times
- Improvise Sales process through the implementation of better measurement and execution
Delivering valuable and timely reporting to Sales Head/Leads
