We are in search of a seasoned Chief Operating Officer (COO) to become an integral part of our team based in Alpharetta, GA. In this essential position, you will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors to manage all dimensions of our multi-state operations. Your strategic insight and operational expertise will be crucial in fostering significant top-line growth, enhancing profitability, and ensuring the maintenance of exceptional quality standards within the residential home services industry, particularly in roofing, window, and siding replacement.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Board and private equity partner to drive strategic initiatives.
- Assist the CEO and Board in assessing prospective acquisitions, leading their operational integration.
- Partner with the CEO on site expansion and mergers and acquisitions.
- Formulate and execute operational strategies that enhance efficiency, profitability, and client satisfaction.
- Refine production and installation processes, managing relationships with third-party subcontractors effectively.
- Inspire and support our sales and operations teams to achieve excellence.
- Work in conjunction with the CEO and CFO to develop the annual budget and oversee daily operations within this framework.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational performance, reporting insights to the CEO and Board.
- Foster strong relationships with General Managers, executives, and sales leaders to cultivate a unified working atmosphere.
- Implement industry best practices and standard operating procedures throughout the organization.
- Drive expansion strategies, developing a premier sales and operational function.
Required Skills
- Proven leadership capabilities in a rapidly growing direct-to-consumer (D2C) residential services environment.
- Strong operational and strategic planning skills.
- Experience managing profit and loss (P&L) with a consistent positive impact.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams across multiple locations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, marketing, or a related discipline; an MBA or master’s degree is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in managing P&L with a sustained positive impact.
- Hands-on experience with brownfield and de novo integrations as well as mergers and acquisitions.
- Experience leading teams across various locations or states.
- Willingness and capability to be on-site in Alpharetta, GA, and travel as required (up to 40%).
- Previous experience in a private equity-sponsored setting is preferred.
