Title: Sales Operations Manager

Sapiens is on the lookout for a Sales Operations Manager to become a key player in our North America Sales team. The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for optimizing sales processes, managing sales data, and supporting the sales team to achieve operational excellence. This role involves analyzing sales performance metrics, implementing tools and technologies, and ensuring the alignment of sales strategies with organizational goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts, provide insightful analysis, and generate regular reports to track performance against targets.
- Facilitate GTM Meetings: Lead planning and facilitation of various GTM meetings, including annual Sales Kickoff, Quarterly Business Reviews, regular Pipeline Reviews, and Sales’ preparations for the annual Customer Conference.
- Commission Plan Management: Manage commission plans to incentivize sales team performance and drive results. Ensure alignment with company objectives and fairness across the sales organization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration and alignment between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Technology Enablement: Administer sales technology tools and related procedures to support sales operations and enhance productivity. Manage Salesforce CRM data and functional enhancements to inform and track customer engagement, sales pipelines, and sales performance data.
- Talent Development: Recruit, train and develop high-performing sales operations function, providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship.
- Support head of sales with ad hoc projects according to company needs.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a Sales Operations role in a global company
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Process-driven and well-organized, with a strong sense of integrity and professionalism
- Strong work ethic, with the ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting
- High proficiency with various office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
