Job Summary
The Elevation Deal Desk Team drives sales strategy and execution to transform and support our sales teams. This role delivers the sales models and engines to drive sales execution through our partner and internal sales networks. The senior deal Desk Specialist will contribute to the growth and development of the Sales Operations team.

Final Documents pipeline management.

Secure re-roof quotes required for completion of individual solar projects when applicable to the sale. Approve final roofing photos and invoices once the roofing contractor has completed the work.

Serve as a main point of contact for all sales channels regarding final solar designs, contracts, and financial changes and approvals.

Attend sales operations meetings and provide specific feedback for sales support, design, and internal operations teams.

Manage and gain approval from Leasing partners for applicable milestones within Everbright, Lightreach, and any other applicable leasing partners.

Maintain working knowledge of all current financial products and services available for all Elevation Solar projects.

Maintain working knowledge of all processes associated with available financial products and services.

Assist with vendor relationship management tasks among financial partners including Everbright, Dividend, GoodLeap, Lightreach, and other partners as determined by department leadership.

Complete basic solar designs and shade studies using proposal tools, e.g., Aurora, Everbright, & Solo.

Develop Deal Desk department training materials in conjunction with the department leaders.

Provide Deal Desk training and support to other team members; provide feedback to department leaders on employee progress and recommend/provide additional resources as necessary.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Qualifications:

4+ years of customer service, sales, or sales support experience.

Experience in the renewables (solar) industry is a plus.

o 1+ years of experience coaching, training, or mentoring other team members.

High school diploma or equivalent.

o Associate degree or higher preferred.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Must be able to successfully pass pre-employment screenings.

Ability to work in the office as directed.

MS Office, Salesforce, Solar Proposal Tools (Aurora, Solo, etc.) preferred.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:

This position is performed in a standard office environment.
-
This person will operate more than 90% of the time in a stationary position.
-
When not stationary, this person may need to move about the office environment to access filing cabinets, office machinery etc.

This person must be able to operate a computer, common software packages as other office machinery such as a calculator and a printer.
