HW Interim Solutions are supporting a high volume manufacturing business to engage a Sales Operations Specialist.
As Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the execution of day to day operations through the shaping of the sales strategy, driving operational efficiency, and enabling the sales team to perform at their best.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing the sales operations framework, including processes, tools, and best practices, as well as establishing systems for data integrity, pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting. Moreover you will provide actionable insights through performance metrics and reporting to drive strategic decision-making. Identifying bottlenecks and streamlining the end-to-end sales process, as well as creating SOPs and playbooks to ensure the sustainability of the function after the interim period will be key.
Field sales experience is highly advantageous.
