Role Description:
As a Sales Operations Executive at Convin, you will be responsible for optimizing the
performance of our sales team by ensuring seamless operations, process improvements,
and data-driven insights. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and finance teams
to design and implement scalable sales processes, analyze key metrics, and drive overall
sales efficiency. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the
ability to streamline sales operations to maximize revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement sales processes to streamline workflows and ensure
operational efficiency across the sales team.
● Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics (KPIs), and generate insights to
improve productivity and identify areas for growth.
● Maintain and manage the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, updating records,
and driving adoption of best practices within the sales team.
● Forecast sales performance, track sales targets, and report key insights to sales
leadership for data-driven decision-making.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and
product, to align sales operations with company objectives.
● Manage sales commissions and incentive structures, ensuring accurate calculation
and timely payouts.
● Provide training and support to the sales team on sales processes, tools, and
systems to ensure effective use of resources.
● Identify and implement tools and technologies to improve sales productivity,
including CRM enhancements, automation, and reporting tools.
● Assist in sales pipeline management, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting,
and tracking the health of opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
● Create and maintain sales documentation, such as process guides, playbooks,
and training materials to ensure consistency and efficiency.
● Drive continuous process improvements to optimize sales workflows, reduce
bottlenecks, and improve overall performance.
● Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and data protection regulations within
the sales process.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
● 3+ years of experience in a Sales Operations or similar role, ideally within a B2B
SaaS company.
● Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and experience
managing sales tech stacks.● Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and reporting using tools like Excel, Power
BI, or similar.
● Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams.
● Excellent organizational skills with an attention to detail.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and
provide actionable insights.
● Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced
environment.
● Experience with sales commission structures, pipeline management, and sales
process optimization is a plus.
