The CSS Business Operations OU Delivery team is responsible for managing programs that drive several key initiative areas with the greatest focus today on Customer success, Sales and Delivery support. The Business Analyst will be responsible for a variety of operational activities that includes the following and will cover the NAMER/LAD time zones.

- Support for Customers and Stakeholders within Oracle (Sales, Delivery) on the OU products and services.
- High focus of Customers, Delivery Partners, Sales support.
- Provisioning of orders and ensure customers are able to access their learnings/product purchased with utmost high priority. Reporting issues surrounding this and coordinate with internal teams in resolving such issues.
- Provide all sort of support and assistance with Web based/Store orders.
- POC for Delivery partner orders – that includes last minute event orders and ensure in time allocation onto events run by Partners.
- Manage Delivery partner renewals process for NAMER and LAD in time, in order for the Partners to continue doing business with Oracle.
- Liaise with GOM on NAMER/LAD orders and booking.
- DSO management – follow up on outstanding invoices with Sales and Collections, work with Customer in resolving any issues that can help clear dues on invoice. Disable unpaid subscriptions and effectively communicate with Credit and Sales, Cancel the order activations and Credit memo of outstanding invoices if required.
