Role Overview
We are looking for a
Business & Revenue Operations Intern to support our revenue operations team by optimizing processes that drive sales and customer success. This role combines business strategy with data-driven insights, offering hands-on experience at the intersection of business operations, data, and revenue growth. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and achieve shared goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze data and generate insights that support strategic decision-making across departments.
- Assist in designing and implementing scalable processes that enhance the sales, marketing, and customer success lifecycle.
- Help manage the CRM (Hubspot), ensuring data integrity and suggesting improvements.
- Support the revenue operations team in forecasting, pipeline analysis, and tracking performance metrics.
- Collaborate with various teams to align goals, streamline communication, and improve process efficiency.
- Contribute to building internal documentation and optimizing tools for scalability.
- Develop dashboards that provide real-time insights into key performance indicators.
Ideal Candidate
- Last-year Master’s student in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work effectively with large datasets.
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience with CRM or analytics tools is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
